Miley Cyrus is taking time out of her concert tour and will be taking over the airwaves instead!! She is set to take over SIRIUS Satellite Radio’s (Nasdaq: SIRI) Hits 1 channel this weekend.
Miley will be playing her favorite songs, sharing stories and she’ll countdown the year’s top 45 pop songs. Miley Radio! will premiere December 28th at 12 pm ET and run through January 1st on SIRIUS Hits 1 channel 1.
Miley Radio! will feature Miley Cyrus counting down the 45 biggest pop songs in North America in a year-end edition of SIRIUS Hits 1 Weekend Countdown.

Hey Z, so tell M readers about this fame thing. In high school, did you ever think your life would be like this?

“All through HS, I was actually seen as really nerdy. It had to do with the fact I was acting in community theater. My parents were supportive, but my classmates, and even some friends, didn’t always get it. I was going against the HS grain.”

Well, you’re def part of the “in crowd” now! How did you get over feeling like an outsider? "You really just need to forget about what other people think and be you - even though it’s totally hard. I finally realized people will accept me when I’m just myself. The type of friends you make when you’re being 100% “you” are true buds who are going to stick by you no matter what. The friends I have now that I also had back when I was in school, are the ones I made naturally when I wasn’t trying to be someone else.”

You’re out of HS finally! So what are some tough issues you deal with as a full-time actor?

“I do miss my family when I’m away shooting movies. My little brother and I talk on the phone a lot. Having a bro was something that I didn’t appreciate for a long time. But now I realize how lucky I am to have him in my life. It’s nice to know he’s always going to be there with me. Since I’m his older brother, he comes to me for advice all the time. I really like that. I’ve been there and can tell im the mistakes I’ve made, so he doesn’t screw up in the same way!”

Miley Cyrus celebrated turning 15 with more than 15,000 hometown friends, who serenaded her with “Happy Birthday” toward the end of her concert, complete with pyrotechnic displays and a cake delivered onstage.
“I’ll tell you guys that my main wish when my parents asked me, ‘Miley, what do you want for your 15th birthday?’, the only thing that I had to say was, ‘I want to be here at home with Nashville and all of you guys,’” the star of the hit Disney TV show “Hannah Montana” told the crowd, according to People.com.
The “Best of Both Worlds” show Friday was sold out.
“The reason that I do what I do is for all of you guys,” she said. “Anyone from a small town can go out there and live their dream, and so to be here with you guys tonight on my birthday is amazing.”
For the encore, her dad, country singer Billy Ray Cyrus, came out with an acoustic guitar to sing their signature duet, “Ready, Set, Don’t Go,” and included her sister Brandi Glenn Cyrus on backup guitar.
“I’d like to bring out my best friend — that just about says it all — my daddy,” Miley announced.
When the song ended, Billy Ray hugged Miley, telling her, “Happy birthday, my little girl.”

She is very excited to be home for the holidays, but she will be playing tonight in Nashville! “I’m so excited!” she told OK! at the American Music Awards. “I’m going to be in Nashville for my birthday, which is the day after Thanksgiving, so I’m going to get to spend Thanksgiving at home."

"Sunday night we had the amazing honor of performing on the American Music Awards. We arrived at the Red Carpet and were surprised by hundreds of screaming fans awaiting our arrival. There were tons of fans with handmade T-shirts and signs showing their support for us as we walked the Red Carpet. On the Red Carpet, we were interviewed by several people, including Perez Hilton. He told us he loves our YouTube videos and music! We also saw one of our new friends, Jordan Sparks, who looked amazing and was so nice. We met Amanda Bynes. She looked wonderful and was so funny. When we were saying goodbye to her she said, "Well, you guys go do your Rockstar thing you do…I'll go do my un-rockstar thing I do." We're definitely looking forward to seeing her again.After the red carpet we went backstage to get ready for our performance. While we were getting dressed our manager walked into the dressing room and told us that Celine Dion wanted to meet us! We walked to her dressing room, and when we got there she was so excited to meet us. She told us about how her and her son listen to our music all the time, and love that we are a good positive influence. We were so honored that a legend like Celine Dion was a fan of our music. Meeting her got us so pumped for our big performance. It was now time for our big moment, and while we were waiting to go on, the beautiful Taylor Swift walked up with crossed fingers in a (good-luck kind of way). We also saw Ryan Seacrest backstage. He told us that people had been asking him on the Red Carpet who he was excited to see and he said, "My boys…the Jonas Brothers!" That also got us so excited to get out on stage and play. While Jordan Sparks introduced us, we heard tons of our fans running down the aisle screaming as loud as they could. It was now time for us to perform. The song started and the energy was like nothing we had ever felt before. We had this amazing visual effect right before we walked onto stage. There were glass panels that had our JB logo on them that were supposed to shatter right as we walked through them. The effect worked tremendously with glass exploding perfectly timed with the music.The following words are from Joe""So the introduction started and we could hear the fans screaming and running down to the stage. When the glass broke we started walking through. On the way through I slipped and fell down on my hands and knees. When I looked up I saw one of our fans, Alexa from Mexico and the smile on her face, as well as the faces of the other fans. This let me know that I had to get right up and perform for them. Once I got up it was so much fun. I decided to give it everything I have to give!After the performance I got back to the dressing room. Someone said, "Joe, you're bleeding!" I had felt some pain but had no idea that there was so much blood. I noticed that my white suit had blood on the knees. I also had cuts on my hand. We called the medic and they cleaned up my leg and hands. After we changed clothes we headed back to our seats. Everyone greeted us when we walked in and told us that it was awesome that we got up and performed our hearts out!"When we went back into the auditorium, we were surrounded by tons of fans taking pictures and asking for autographs even though the security for the venue told them they were not allowed to be out of their seats. We took our seats and watched most of the show. Beyonce stopped us on our way back to our dressing room to let us know she thought we did great. We also heard that Slash wanted a signed guitar from us! Several people said that it was a true moment to see someone bleeding at an awards show.We weren't able to stay for the whole show because we had to get to the airport for an overnight flight to Tampa for a 7:00 pm show on the sold out arena tour we're on right now with Miley Cyrus.Akon spoke to us on our way out. He said he would love to work together. How amazing!In conclusion…things happen, but it is how you handle them that matters. Joe did an amazing job of recovering after falling on broken glass. He still pulled through and had an amazing performance, and this is truly one of those moments where having your brothers on stage with you is such a great way to make it through a tough time. So thanks to all the fans, and everyone who made Sunday nights events truly amazing for us. We will never forget it and how much our fans support us.

He was actually bleeding from it but he was fine. For any of you that are going soon, you are going to have so much fun! Make sure you pay attention to Joe, he was very very funny! (Bring a camera, its something you want to remember forever!!!)

Vanessa Hudgens has secured herself a million dollar deal, according to Celebrity Babylon.The High School Musical star has signed a $1 million dollar contract with shoe giant Skechers. The deal is for one year and is following in the footsteps of singers Ashlee Simpson, Carrie Underwood and Britney Spears. All musical talents!

Get ready for some exciting news! Filming for High School Musical 3 begins in January, according to OK! magazine.“The script is getting written — it starts in January, and it’s a feature film,” HSM’s Jason (Ryne Sanborn, 18) said at the world premiere of High School Musical: The Ice Tour in NYC on Sept. 29. “[But] I haven’t gotten a call saying, ‘We want you to do it.’”Olesya Rulin, 21, aka piano player Kelsi, added,
“It if happens, I’ll be ecstatic to be in the third one.”OK! also reports, “After the Vanessa Hudgens nude photo scandal, and the rising profile of series star Zac Efron, Kaycee Stroh, 23, who plays Martha, hopes the cast remains the same. ‘Our fingers are crossed because we love each other. The chemistry’s great with the 10 of us.’”According to Life & Style, Zac is being offered $3.25 million dollars to star in HSM3 and Vanessa, a measly $1.3 million dollars. Chump change, people!

Halle, here, and I just want to say I hope the cast will all return for the 'threquel', as I like to call it. It just wouldn't be the same without everyone, 'specially Zac and V....But the movie has to be really good and not corny, however, I'd go see it either way...I'm such a fan! I just came back from Tribune Studios right here in Hollywood to watch a rehearsal of Hannah Montana’s season 2 finale! Guess who was there? None other than the super adorable Corbin Bleu! The talented singer and actor is coming back to the show as Johnny (you may remember him from the very first episode of Hannah). The main scene I watched them rehearse today was so hilarious. Miley looked super comfy and cute in her printed hoodie over a black tank, skinny jeans and teal Ugg boots. They were in the middle of rehearsing a scene set in a Japanese restaurant (oops, I just spilled another secret!). Moises Arias was there, too, sporting a long sleeve t-shirt, dark colored jeans and white sneaks. In between rehearsing their lines, Miley would give random hugs to Corbin and Moises. She also chewed gum and fidgeted a bit, but she looked so relaxed and was always on top of her lines. I think it’d be so hard to remember anything and not blush around cuties like Corbin and Moises, but Miley kept her cool. Whatta pro!Corbin was the first to spot me. He waved, gave a big smile and winked at me to say "Hi!" Miley waved and smiled right after him. They were in the middle of work, though, so I had to wait until they got a break to give them hugs. I noticed Miley kept taking photos of her with Corbin and Moises with a digital camera on set. Moises had everyone cracking up with his lines. He’s such a sweet guy, but once he turns on his "Rico" charm, you can’t help but laugh! There’s a part in this scene where a plastic toy octopus lands on Corbin’s head (I can’t help it with the secrets today!). I found out that a real one will be used during the episode taping. I hope the curly-haired cutie’s ready for that!Finally, the moment I’ve been waiting for. The cast had a very short break so I was able to say "Hello" to Miley, Corbin and Moises. Miley came running up to me and gave me a hug. She thanked me for coming and I told her how awesome the scene looked. Then it was Corbin’s turn. He hugged me and asked how I was. Of course, I wanted to know what was going on with him these days! He told me he had so much fun touring and still had a few more shows to perform. He was so excited to tell me about going to Puerto Rico. "It’s beautiful there," he said. "I got to ride ATV’s through a jungle. It was awesome!"The next scene I got to watch was set in Rico’s Surf Shop. (Psst…the "beach" set up is just a few steps away from the Japanese restaurant set) I watched Miley and Moises do karate kicks and flips before they started rehearsing the scene. Emily Osment arrived on set wearing a blue cardigan over a white t-shirt, grey jeans and a striped scarf. Mitchel Musso walked in from the opposite side of the set, looking so cute in a printed black t-shirt, Adidas track pants and tan shoes. Next to Miley, I would say Mitchel was the next most comfortably dressed person on set. He gave me a hug and chatted for a bit before he had to join his costars in rehearsal. Again, I watched another hilarious scene, where Mitchel and Emily (as Oliver and Lilly) acted like they both had a cold. It was a sneeze-o-rama on set! Thankfully, none of the stars were really sick.There were a few (very lucky) fans who also got to watch the rehearsals, and every time there was a break, Miley, Mitchel, Emily, Moises and Corbin would come up and sign autographs and give hugs. This cast is so sweet! I can’t wait to see this episode - did I mention it’s the season 2 finale? - and see Corbin’s big Hannah Montana comeback!"
